Our personal trainers specialize in working with people with disabilities. We will create a workout with a variety of functional exercises including agility, HIIT, plyometrics, balance/stability, and strength. The class will be challenging and fun at the same time!
Our personal trainer will train with your group at the place of your choosing. We bring all the equipment needed for a great workout! Alternatively, we can meet your group virtually for a workout that is just as effective.
