Yes! In fact, it's a great way for you to learn more about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start. We'll be with you every step of the way to reaching your fitness goals!
It all depends on you! We'll go at your pace to reach your goals. How fast we do that depends on the time and effort you put into the custom program we design for you.
Not if you don't want to! An important goal for us is that you're comfortable. That means if you prefer to workout outside or in the comfort of your home, we'll tailor a plan just for you. We also provide online consultations for at-home workouts.
You don't have to have your own equipment, but if you do, we can use it. We can also bring our equipment to you.
We use a variety of equipment in our workouts such as weighted balls and bars, dumbbells, resistance bands, step platforms, and more!
The workout sessions can be as long as you'd like, but typically each session is an hour 2-3 times per week.
All exercises are tailored to the individual's abilities. Group exercise classes will have a variety of safe, functional exercises to increase mobility and strength. Options will always be provided as needed.
Groups can include anywhere from two to twelve people.

We're happy to meet you where you're most comfortable exercising. Some gyms allow you to invite a guest for free; others may require a fee which will be added to the session fee.
The cost of each session will vary depending on many factors. It's best to contact us. Scholarship options are available to those who qualify.
